Why should I book with you?
You should book directly with us because we have lower prices, and we have customized tours. We guarantee you fun -filled tours with our air conditioned and comfortable vehicles. We pride ourselves on providing safe, professional, reliable and knowledgeable drivers.
Do I need to pay in advance?
You pay when our representative greets you at the port.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things come up that require you to cancel your reservation. Therefore, we have allowed you up until 24 hours prior to the tour/pickup time.
If you need to cancel, just give us a call or send us an email. If you do not cancel with us within the time stipulated, 5% fee of the tour/transfer cost will be charged to you.
What if it rains on the day of my tour?
If it does rain on the day of your tour, the tour still runs. However, if there is a storm, we will inform you of the cancellation of the tour through your email.
How do I reserve a tour?
On the tour page you will see the “Make a Booking” button. Click that to make your reservation. You can also email us at courtesy@candw.lc or call us on our USA number: (305) 771-6499 between the hours of 8:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.
